Advantages of mining resources

(1) The exploration type of the deposit is Type I exploration, with stable changes in the thickness and grade of the ore body, which is conducive to mining and flotation. The smaller the thickness and grade variation coefficient of the ore body, the lower the development cost and the higher the value.

(2) The hydrogeological, engineering geological, and environmental geological conditions in the mining area are simple, which is conducive to drainage, engineering operations, and mining construction.

(3) The individual ore body is relatively large, with a small stripping ratio (≤ 3:1) and low mining costs. The ore body has a simple shape and is buried shallow, which is conducive to open-pit mining. The ore body has a simple shape, simple mining method, low stripping ratio, and low mining cost, so the value of the deposit is high. Deep buried mineral deposits require a large amount of development work, high transportation costs, and significant construction investment, resulting in higher development costs.

(4) The resource reserves are large crystalline graphite (>1 million tons), with a mining service life of 33 years, which is conducive to effective investment recovery. The larger the design production scale (50000 tons/year), the longer the service life of the mine, and the higher the evaluation value of mining rights.

(5) Graphite ore belongs to the easy flotation type, which is conducive to reducing production costs, improving mineral processing recovery rate, and improving the grade of graphite powder. The selectivity of ore is crucial. If the ore is difficult to float, the flotation process will become longer, the production cost will increase, and the evaluation value will be lower.

(6) The proportion of graphite ore with 100 mesh is high (11.65% for 100-80 mesh, 26.10% for 80-50 mesh, and 27.03% for 50 mesh and above), accounting for 65%. It has a wide range of applications and high economic value.

(7) The engineering layout is reasonable and the geological reliability is high. The discovered intrinsic economic resources (331) account for 54.32% of the total resources (the lowest proportion is 10%); The identified intrinsic economic resources (331)+controlled intrinsic economic resources (332) account for 71.49% of the total resource reserves (the lowest proportion is 50%). The higher the geological reliability and utilization coefficient of the resource, the greater the value of the deposit.
